I had an epic weekend full of San Diego County Fair goodness!
The deep-fried Klondike Bars I loved! The poop from the worlds largest steer, not so much.
I’ve been in the land of stitchy goodness since Labyrinth of Jareth is this Friday. I am so excited! LoJ is one of my all time favorite events of the year. And for a change of pace, I’m actually finished with my costume ahead of time. Who knew? I’m guessing its the Armageddon.
Thank you to everyone who took me up on the Steampunk themed commissions! I’ll be leaving them open for a couple more weeks then closing them on July 10th. So if you’re still wanting that Steampunk commission, drop me a line at edengarg (at) hotmail (dot) com!
Here’s a quick status update on who has what going on:
- Rane (bookcover commission): Should be finished tonight.
- Erika (tattoo commission): In progress. Rough done this week.
- Ken (GoT commission): Half sketched, half inked.
- Kandice (Steampunk): Roughed out.
- Patrick (Steampunk): In Cue.
- Christine (Steampunk): In Cue.
Thanks everyone for your patience. I like to give updates when I can so you know what is what. Feel free to drop me a line if you have any questions!
Just a quickie post today since I haven’t had much time to sit and scan my new stuff. Two oldies and one new!
A sketch of Power Girl I did for my old cosplay buddy, Jarod. He was teasing me about someday dressing as PeeGee. And while this probably won’t happen I figured a sketch would console him about that.;)
I can’t believe I forgot to post this one! I was extremely happy with it. An old commission for my friend Dasha. Christine is the older sister of her main Gargoyles avatar, Tigris.
And finally a new piece! My friend Gemma commissioned me to do a mascot for her friends at Armored Squirrel Productions. My friend Jennifer Anderson did the coloring for me since I am really awful at digital coloring. You can find her work here! She takes commissions!
And that’s all she wrote for now. Next week will be costumes and commissions galore!
